About me
As an integrative psychotherapist/counsellor, I use different combinations of therapeutic tools and approaches to suit individual needs.
‘Integrative psychotherapy’ is a more progressive form of therapy than traditional singular forms of psychotherapy, drawing elements from different schools of thought to make it a more flexible and inclusive form of treatment that’s suitable for a wide range of emotional health issues.
My treatment options allow me to work with adults with various psychological problems and disorders including depression, anxiety, addiction and personality disorders.
With a cultural heritage from Kenya and professional training in the UK, my understanding and experience of different people, their backgrounds and the types of issues they face, as well as appropriate methods to use, is extensive.
I can successfully consider individual beliefs, characteristics, needs, identify root causes of issues, physical abilities and motivation levels to tailormake the best approaches to therapy.
I look forward to being the one you turn to to talk to.
